Problem 1)
I have been looking for a Z-Wave double switch to replace some double switches I have around my house. These are both for lights and no one other than Leviton seems to have a solution, and theirs isn’t Z-Wave (I would prefer to avoid mixing too many solutions). Right now my best option seems to be using a ZEN52 with the original switch though not entirely sure how that will function.
Problem 2)
Pool Pump, just closed my pool so this is for next year. I have seen the ZEN78 relay but not sure it will work for my issue. I have a 240V 2-Speed Pool Pump. One of the 120V load lines goes directly to the unit from a switch to control on off, while the other go to to a standard 3way switch to switch between high and low speed. These are normal house switches, but they are inside weatherproof cases with levers to flick the manual switch without exposing them (pictured below). There is also a single pole switch for the pool lights. Pool pump connection diagram below.
