# ZSE18 800LR fits of tamper detection

Not sure what is going on with this ZSE18, it is just sitting on a small shelf behind me, not moving at all. I will sometimes see these fits of tamper alerts for no reason. Then other times if I WANT to trigger the tamper alerts I have to smack it around a lot just to get it to trigger.

This has happened more than once, I think this is the worst one I have seen though

It goes all the way back to 2:30PM, so it was going for about 1.5hrs. Luckily I have it plugged in not on battery power.

Hi Jeff! We’re adding a new parameter to adjust the tamper sensitivity on the ZSE18 in upcoming firmware. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s available. Thanks!
