Anyone have any experience with this? Trying to pair an enbrighten outlet for landscape lights. Controller is in line of site and about 15ft away through one window. After first failure, I factory re-set. Manual says to only push button once when controller is ready to pair. But Z-box never seems to make a connection. Is there known compatibility or work arounds?
Have you tried exclusion first to see if it’s within range? It should help get the plug reset for another Z-Wave inclusion if it had been added to a different hub before.
