@Sara, is the website your area too, or can you help direct to the correct place?
First and foremost, it’s not Smartest House themselves, it’s a great place to shop, and their customer service is amazing. There is a reason I keep buying so many Zooz products. It’s a technical gripe about the website.
Why is right clicking disabled on the website?
- It makes it more difficult to navigate, as you can’t easily open up multiple tabs.
- Tabs are used to shop and compare multiple items.
- Why can’t I select text on the website? I tend to recommend your site, and products, and this makes things very difficult. Like this example. It’s easier for me to copy the names of the items, I was recommending as possible solutions.
- It honestly doesn’t stop anything, as I just use a common extension to disable this stuff anyways. So if I can still work around it, anyone with bad intent I’m quite sure can work around this? (not sure if that was thought behind it)
Maybe it’s just me, and how I use the site? It just seems like it would help and there would be less back and forth when trying to use the site.
