Maybe I bought the wrong Z-Wave Hub (Z-Box) ???

The community is quite new (I joined in late March) and isn’t yet as active as the plethora of forums on the web. But, to your point, there is activity here!

Logically, the ‘Support’ drop down menu would be a good starting place, @Sara. And while you’re at it, not all items in the drop down menu appear at the bottom of the page, either.

Although I have sent back the Z-Box hubs due to a firmware bug, I still use ZEN16’s in multiple applications and will probably still buy some ZooZ Z-Wave devices…
I will still hang out for useful information on other ZooZ devices, Thanks everyone
