Have to say I was excited to get my ZEN37, but really disappointed with the build quality. On my brand new device, both top buttons stick and don’t release immediately or smoothly. Especially when pressed off-centre, both buttons get snagged on something internal within the case, and emit a second audible “click” before the button pops out again.
Overall the impression is of something built of plastic that is too thin and too cheap, not confidence inspiring at all.

These are great devices.

I use them in places where I cannot install a wired switch, as remotes on nightstands, etc.

I have also used them in kitchens where the tile installers did not cut the tile back enough to give me the space to install a Zen35.
