I bought several ZEN30s to use for a house I was constructing. They were installed by a professional electrician before the fans were installed. When the fans went in, it was discovered they were incompatible. So all the switches were replaced. The Zen30s were all on briefly just to ensure they worked but were never configured.
This has left me with 10 Zen30s I don’t need. They are not in the box, but would include the small neutral wire. Installation instructions available online.
