I have many Zooz products in my home. Since the SmartThings v4 hub does not support Z-Wave, if for some reason I had to replace my SmartThings v3 hub with a SmartThings v4 hub, would Z-Box work in continuity with the ST V4 hub for routines that include Zooz products?
As far as Iāve heard, there isnāt (currently) a direct SmartThings āā Z-Box integration. Any tricks done through cloud services will, as Iām sure you already know, introduce latency and fail completely when the Internet is out or there is any problem on either deviceās cloud services. Iāve moved away from SmartThings (my two v2 hubs are sitting unused at the moment) and currently am using a Z-Box Hub. I know there is a lot of concern on the SmartThings Community Forum (see here and here for examples) about said lack of Z-Wave support. Some are holding out hope for using a Z-Wave dongle in the USB port of the new hub, but I wouldnāt hold my breath.

I found the only way my SmartThings and Z-Box work together is with Google Home. It works seamlessly . But that is if you use Google Home.
