Home Assistant can act as the bridge to Matter, WiFi, Zigbee, and more connected devices for your Z-Wave focused Z-Box Hub. Control your smart TV with a Z-Wave remote, build sophisticated energy saving rules, or just have fun with Halloween themed lights!
Z-Box–defined scenes combined with Home Assistant entities and integrations unlock access to multi-protocol routines.
Your Z-Wave devices continue to be managed via the Z-Box web interface, but the state is synchronized with Home Assistant for richer integration.
Link more than one Z-Box Hub to Home Assistant for simplified multi-hub UI all in a powerful platform.

This looks like a great way to go! HA gets a lot of good press–including from @Agnes in some of the videos I’ve watched– and I think this is a quick way to get other protocols into the picture. It should be at least a short-term way to use Matter devices with Z-Box in the future (although Matter doesn’t seem ready for Prime Time quite yet, IMHO ). Looks like a great way forward for Z-Box…
