I have installed almost 100 Zooz in-wall switches and dimmers in the past while. I end up removing and replacing the included 6-32 screws on the device yoke. The heads are too thick (tall) and interfere with mounting the switch plate. Can you change to a lower profile screw head as most traditional switch manufacturers do? If you buy a $2 switch at Home depot you’ll see the screw head is roughly 1/2 the height of the Zooz supplied one.
Interesting. Most all my plates sit as intended. However I have a few that are raised, I guess I’ll go look at them closer. If a different screw will fix it, easy fix.
