Can the ZEN72 (specifically the 700 series) be configured to operate as an on/off switch? I checked available parameters in ZEN72 Dimmer Switch Advanced Settings but did not find anything that may work.
I believe it is the parameter below. My bad.. I just realized you said 700 series.
What is the switch controlling? (load type)
However I believe there may be some limits or alternate advice depending on the type of load.
### On Off Switch Mode
Parameter 33: Convert the dimmer to an on off switch. When enabled, the dimmer will behave as a switch without the ability to dim. All ramp rates will be set to instant ON/OFF and the brightness level will be locked at 99%.
Values: 0 - disabled. 1 - enabled. Default: 0.

Hey @rick_m , great question! At this time, no, this setting is not available for the 700 series specifically. Parameter 33 was added in firmware 3.40; you can see what changes were made to each device version and when new functions are added in the device change log. For earlier versions, you can set a dimmer to act as an on/off switch by by setting the minimum brightness level at 99 (which is effectively full brightness) and the ramp rate to instant on/off (value 0). That will turn the dimmer to an on/off switch. Please let us know if you have any questions!
