Hi all, I made an account to share this. My ZEN76 with firmware 2.30.1 seems to be unable to tell time. I have tried setting parameter 3 (Auto Turn-Off Timer) to multiple values (5, 10, 20, 200) but it consistently seems to turn itself off after a little bit less than 4 minutes. I’ve killed power to the switch at the breaker and have cleared/set/re-set parameter 3 multiple times.
Let me know if there’s a better way to open an official support case and if Zooz support would want to see any logs associated with this behavior. Thanks!
