Email Blocked on GMAIL

Hello! I attempted to email the zooz support and Google Mail blocked it.

I figured I’d give a heads up.

Thank you for the heads up; we’ve got our technical team looking into the issue. Were you able to contact the team at The Smartest House, or did you have any questions we can answer for you?

I was attempting to contact them as I updated my stick to the latest 7.21.3, and now it is having unresponsive issues. This is an article where others have suffered the same issue: Zooz ZST39 LR 800 Firmware 7.21.3 Fail - Z-Wave - Home Assistant Community. I know updating the firmware voided my warranty.

I am going to buy another stick from your website, although I wanted to confirm the version being shipped out on the Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Long Range USB Stick ZST39 LR.

Is it 7.19.3 or 7.21.3?

I downgraded my stick to 7.19.3 again, but I’ve heard downgrading just causes issues, and I am expecting issues to occur.

Thanks for getting back to me! When updating the ZST39 from 1.20 to 1.30 directly in HA/Z-Wave JS, the developers have confirmed an issue where users receive an error about a timeout after reaching 100% - this is a known and confirmed issue specifically with Z-Wave JS and the developers are aware of this and they are working on a resolution. The workaround is to restart the Z-Wave JS plugin and it should be resolved.
According to the Z-Wave JS developers, if the firmware update actually fails and users get stuck in the bootloader, there is a setting in Z-Wave JS UI to “allow bootloader only” which they can enable and then retry the update. This will have to be disabled afterward though. We do not have specific instructions on how to do this and would recommend checking on the HA community forums. We are currently shipping Firmware 1.20 (based on SDK 7.19.3), since the latest firmware is recently released. If your stick is not currently functional, we’d be happy to look into warranty options for you; please reach out to us directly.
