New to Z-Hub, Where do I get device templates?

Hi @Bryon! A device displaying as no template means that there’s no immediate access to advanced settings; we generally see this with older model (500 and earlier) devices. If you don’t need to change any parameters, you can ignore it. If you need access to parameters, please reach out to our support team via email with the brand and model of device in order to better assist here.
