ZEN32 feature request - refined control of association behavior

After using the ZEN32 for a while, one of the things I’ve found in attempting to use the association groups, is that the toggling logic for the BasicSet (alternates sending Off/On) generally ends up in the wrong state when used with any sort of complicated setup. By comparison ZEN34 is really nice in how it predictably sends On for the top paddle and Off for the bottom paddle.

I think a really helpful change would be a configuration parameter to set the association for a button press to always send either On or Off rather than the flip/flop behavior. This would allow for much more predictable behavior under a variety of use cases.

A slightly more complicated equally useful option would be to support a configuration for something like single button press always sends ON for the association group and long press always sends Off, to allow for more predictable behavior.

These suggestions would apply to the other scene controllers that have similar associations support.
