I am a new Home Assistant user since my choice to migrate from Jeedom.
I have 12 ZSE41 700 on my Z-Wave network successfully upgraded to the latest firmware 1.40.1.
I ordered 33 new ZSE41 800 and began their installation. First I integrate one and as its current firmware is 2.00 I launched the last upgrade 2.30. All was ok but the last windows never closed itself. So after a long time, I closed it myself and restarted all my HA.
I tested the sensor manual and its blinks each time if I move the magnet, but no change in HA. And all other tests show that the sensor have not any connection with HA. But if I press its button 3 times it blinks as expected for an integration for example, or I can also reset it to the factory defaults with its last successful 3 led blinking.
So I tested another ZS41, … and I got the same result, and now for these 2 devices I can’t to integrate or to excluded them. I think that the devices lost any network capabilities. I am afraid to lose the third!
Have you any idea?
My HA is up to date. I use Z-Wave JS 15.20.0 and 3.4.0 for the server JS

I use a USB stick 7.I upgraded it to the last release 7.21.6 without solving my current issue.
I tried to reintegrate one ZSE41 800 in Long Range as my understanding was no network connection of my current device model, but I haven’t the choice of that during its integration.
To update my device ZSE41 800 I accessed twice to the OTA folders, one for a good understanding of what I do, the second to do it, but in the last case I selected the US firmware in place of the European one. Even if each one has a specific extension, I was very distracted, doing several things at once. So, there are not any Zooz problem.
Now to recover my two wrong updated devices I must upgrade a USB stick with US firmware to access them. I don’t know if it’s possible with my current one or my old stick 5.
Sorry for the disagreement and my stupid upgrade, and I would like to tell you also that I choose Zooz devices for their quality and their facility to access their OTA upgrade files.
