Hi, I just bought a ZEN52 for the advertised “motor mode”, only to learn after I got it that this mode is only available in the 1.80 firmware, which is NA exclusive and was released in Dec 2024. I contacted support about this, and was told I would be put on the wait list (not sure for what exactly, tbh). What are my chances that motor mode will see the light of day in the EU? Am I better off simply returning the ZEN52 and looking for an alternative?
Hi @tiagojsag , great question! We have some additions to the firmware, so it will actually be version 1.90 once released in EU. We are working on it and should have it available in a few weeks. We’ll reach out once it is ready!
